Vanessa Mueller, Program Director of Campus Recovery, with over 15 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field, is a dedicated and compassionate leader committed to supporting individuals and teams in their pursuit of recovery and professional growth. As Program Director at Campus Recovery, Vanessa oversees daily operations across PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care, ensuring structure, consistency, and a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff alike. In recovery herself for 17 years, Vanessa brings personal insight, empathy, and authenticity to her leadership. Her strong connection with the recovery community continues to inspire her work and reinforces her belief in the transformative power of support and accountability. Before joining Campus Recovery, Vanessa served as Operations Manager at Dignity Healing and Program Coordinator at Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches, where she led multidisciplinary teams, enhanced program efficiency, and implemented quality improvement measures. Her expertise spans leadership, crisis management, regulatory compliance, and program development, with a strong focus on teamwork, integrity, and compassionate care. Vanessa holds certifications in Crisis Intervention, Trauma-Informed Care, Ethics and Confidentiality, and Overdose Prevention.
